Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure
Compensation
Gold IRA Rollover Guide participates in affiliate programs offered by precious metals dealers. When a reader clicks certain links and then opens or funds an account, the sponsoring company may pay us a commission (a flat fee per qualified lead and/or a percentage of purchases). This compensation comes from the companies, not from you, and does not change the price or terms you receive.
Links that may earn us a commission are treated as advertising links under the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Where a link is an affiliate link, this disclosure on the page itself serves as the required placement before the first such link.
What compensation never does
- It does not change scores. Ratings follow our published methodology, locked before any commercial relationship.
- It does not buy ranking. The order of companies in comparisons is set by score and fit, not by payout size.
- It does not remove negatives. The cons column stays, whatever the relationship.
- We do not accept payment for reviews, "sponsored" ratings, review removals, or edits of published criticism.
Ratings data
Ratings, fee tables and complaint summaries are built from public sources (company fee schedules, BBB, Trustpilot, ConsumerAffairs, court records, IRS publications) with check dates listed on each review. We do not accept company-provided "ratings" or pre-written review text.
Editorial independence requests we decline
Companies sometimes ask review sites for: advance notice of a negative review, removal of criticism as a condition of the affiliate program, or "approved" copy. We decline all three. If a program ever conditions its terms on our editorial content, we will say so publicly and remove the affiliate relationship rather than the criticism.
